Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan

First thing’s first: preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that the brownies will bake perfectly without any surprise raw spots. Next, line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray. This will help the brownie bites come out easily once they’re done baking.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir everything together until smooth. You should see a lovely, glossy mixture. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix again until fully combined. The texture should feel creamy and slightly thickened.
