- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil and garlic in an oven-safe skillet; sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
