Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in Parmesan mixture.
  • Heat olive oil and garlic in an oven-safe skillet; sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
